The Fusion camera records every detail around and offers a gimbals-like stabilization to create videos more crystal-clear
The global tech firm GOPro has launched a new feature for its 360-degree camera “Fusion”, dubbed as “Mobile OverCapture”. The feature is available for the iOS users to help them reshoot videos constantly from various angles.
The company said that the feature is now available in an update to the GoPro app. The Fusion camera has the potential record every details around and offers a gimbals-like stabilization thereby making the video more crystal-clear. This is possible because the device is equipped with the unique capability to capture immersive 5.2K spherical content.
The camera has been awarded the best CES 2018 Innovation in the digital imaging category due to its potential to shoot clear and perfect videos on any environment conditions. The app further assists people to control the camera trim and share content, live preview shots and stitch directly from their iOS products. “When paired with the GoPro App, “Fusion” becomes an end-to-end solution going from capture to edit and share with ease.”
The company said, “The OverCapture feature allows iOS users to re-frame and save traditional fixed-perspective videos ‘punched out’ from the large 360-degree video.” Currently, the device is only available in fewer countries, but very soon, it will be available worldwide, including India in April.
