Google acquired UK firm might turn the surface of phone into speakers soon

The search engine magnate Google is said to have quietly purchased a UK based tech firm, which would turn the surface of smartphones into speakers with its new-fangled technology. 

Google Ireland Holdings, the ancillary unit of Google has purchased every shares of NVF Tech, the parent company of Redux Laboratories, according to the 2007 filing of UK regulatory firm., but nothing has been revealed about the price paid for the acquisition.

The stocks gathered by the employees and investors were already transferred to Google back in early September.  The official website of Redux Laboratories is already inactive now, but is said to have working on a “panel audio” that wipes out the requirement of a speaker in the device. A solution is also crafted by it known as haptic feedback that enables users perform end number of tasks together on the smartphones by executing numerous pressures on the screen.

Crunchbase, the database of startup ecosystem, consisting of investors, incubators, and start-ups mentioned that the deal was carried out in August last year. The official LinkedIn page of Redux CEO Nedko Ivanov shows that he resigned from the firm in August 2017 itself.
