Huawei Enjoy 7s to be named PSmart outside China

The recently launched Huawei Enjoy 7s in China is all set to enter other markets, however, with a different name.

If a Twitter post by popular leakster Evan Blass is to go by, the Huawei Enjoy 7s will launch as the Huawei PSmart in countries other than China. However, the exact launch date still remains unknown.

The specs for both the smartphone are expected to remain the same. The Enjoy 7s aka PSmart comes with a 5.65-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio rated at 18:9, featuring minimal bezels. The smartphone is powered by the company’s octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 569 processor, and comes in two RAM/ROM options- 3GB RAM/32GB ROM and 4GB RAM/64GB ROM.

In the camera department, there are dual shooters at the back, rated at 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel, while the front-facing snapper stands at 8-megapixel for selfies and video calling. The Enjoy 7s sources power from a 3,000mAh battery and runs the company’s EMUI 8.0 based on the latest Android 8.0 Oreo. The metal body smartphone comes with several connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/b, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, dual-SIM and micro USB port, and weighs 143 grams.
