To ease the ache of calling customer service team for device support, Xiaomi has unleashed a new online tracking feature known as ‘Mi Service Order Status’ by which users can track their device repair status anytime.
The new-fangled feature is already active, but to use it customers must visit the official website of the firm, Mi.com. Customers can obtain the accurate details of the repair status just by putting personal details like contact number, order number etc. This new feature will gain immense attention among the people as it is going to be a huge relief.
Earlier, to check the status, users have to call the customer service team and wait for minutes or sometimes more than that. But now, with the launch of this new service, people will get the status within just few seconds.
