Xiaomi has slashed the price of the recently launched Mi Mix 2 in India. The smartphone with the new price will be up for grabs via Flipkart, Mi.com, and offline stores.
The 6GB RAM and 128GB ROM variant of the Mi Mix 2 is now available at a price of Rs 32,999 after a discount of Rs 5,000.
To recall, the second installment of Xiaom’s bezel-less smartphone comes with a 5.99-inch full HD+ display with an aspect ratio rated at 18:9. The Mi Mix 2 is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 mobile platform clocked at 2.45GHz. The device comes equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, the smartphone houses a 12-megapixel primary shooter with Sony IMX386 sensor, 4-axis optical image stabilisation, and 5P lens. The front-facing snapper is rated at 5-megapixel. The device is backed by a 3,400mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 tech and runs Android 7.0 Nougat, based on the company’s MIUI 8.0. The Mi Mix 2 is also accompanied by a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, facial recognition, and hidden sound-guided speaker.
While there is no information about the price cut, the price cut can be attributed to other contenders such as the OnePlus 5T and the Nokia 8 is the same price bracket.
