iQ00 Z7 Pro 5G, one of the highly anticipated mid-range performance smartphones, which was expected to make its India debut soon, is officially teased by the company.

Taking to Twitter, iQOO India’s CEO Nipun Marya shared the first look at the smartphone.
However, the company has not announced the official launch date or any other details about the smartphone, but it is confirmed that the smartphone will make its
debut with a curved display.

“On to the next ‘curve’ of Questing,” stated CEO Nipun Marya in a tweet. The teaser also indicates that the smartphone would feature a front-facing punch-hole camera for selfies and video calls.

After launching the iQOO Neo 7 Pro in India recently, the brand has now confirmed to introduce the iQOO Z7 Pro in the country very soon.

Nipun Marya, iQOO India CEO took to Twitter to announce the same. He also shared the render of the phone, which shows the curved edges and a centre-positioned punch-hole cutout.
However, the top executive hasn’t revealed the exact launch date of the phone just yet.

iQOO Z7 Pro’s Launch Date to be Confirmed

The iQOO Z7 Pro appears to have very narrow bezels for an immersive viewing experience.
The power and volume rocker buttons appear to be on the right edge.

Since the wallpaper displayed on the phone has multiple colours, the iQOO Z7 Pro may also ship in various colours.

The iQOO Z7 Pro specifications are not yet revealed but the handset was recently spotted on the Geekbench platform.

The Geekbench listing revealed that the device will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC paired with 12GB RAM but there could be other options at launch.
The phone is likely to boot Android 13 OS out of the box.

The other specifications of the phone are under wraps at the moment but since the brand started teasing, we should learn more details soon.

iQ00 Z7 Pro 5G Specifications

The iQ00 Z7 Pro is rumoured to have a 6.64-inchFull HD IPS LCD screen with a 1080×2408 pixel resolution and a pixel density of 396 pixels per inch (PPI).
The octa-core Snapdragon 782G chipset of the iQ0O Z7 Pro 5G has already been noticed on Geekbench.

It is also rumoured that the smartphone will have up to 12GB of RAM. It is also expected that the smartphone will come with Adreno 642L GPU for better performance.

The smartphone is expected to have a 5,000 mAh battery with rapid charging capability.
The smartphone is believed to run Funtouch OS 13, which is based on Android 13.

Speaking of the optics, the smartphone is said to feature a 64 MP primary shooter along with a 2 MP in-depth sensor.

For selfies and video calls, the smartphone is said to get a 16 MP front camera.

In terms of connectivity, the smartphone is said to get Wi-Fi, Mobile Hotspot, A-GPS with Glonass, a Mass storage device, and infrared connectivity along with a Light sensor, Proximity sensor, and Accelerometer.

iQOO Z7

iQOO had already made a mark in the Indian market with the launch of the iQOO Z7 5G in March. The India variant of the Z7 5G boasts a 6.38-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate.

It is powered by a Dimensity 920 SoC and features a dual-camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor and a 2MP secondary lens. On the front, it houses a 16MP selfie camera.

Additional features of the iQOO Z7 5G include a 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging support, an in-display fingerprint sensor, virtual RAM support, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The handset is priced at ₹18,999 in India and is available in Norway Blue and Pacific Night colours.
