During Computex 2024 in Taipei, a key chip designer has bravely predicted the future of artificial intelligence (AI).

Arm Holdings, whose chip designs are used in billions of devices around the world, said 100 billion Arm-based products would be AI-enabled by the end of 2025, as per a report from Reuters.

Such an ambitious target set by Arm CEO Rene Haas exemplifies how AI capabilities are gradually being implemented in daily gadgets we use.

“100 billion Arm devices will be AI ready worldwide, by the end of the next year” Rene Haas said on Monday at the Computex forum in Taipei.
