The design of Fire-Boltt Lumos makes an instant impression.
The first thing we noticed about the smartwatch is its broad 22mm metallic strap that enhances the overall appearance of the smartwatch.
No wonder Fire-Boltt is marketing this one as their Luxe Collection Edition, the design completely justifies the claim.
We received the Black colour variant for this review and it gives off an opulent vibe straight away.
Below are some of the quick points we noticed about the design and fit of the smartwatch –
- The square-shaped dial with a stainless steel frame looks very similar to the Apple watch.
- Rotating Crown on the right side definitely adds to the overall convenience of navigating the display.
- The metallic strap has a good build quality and users can expect longevity.
- The strap is easily detachable.
- Fire-Boltt has bundled a useful strap adjustor tool inside the box for users to adjust the strap as per their wrist size.
The fit is comfortable.
However, because of the metallic strap and stainless steel body, the smartwatch does feel a little heavy on the wrist.
It might not be comfortable for users to wear the watch for long hours, which defeats the purpose of a smartwatch.
Fire-Boltt Lumos Smartwatch – Display
The 1.91-inch square display with curved sides is huge.
It comes with a resolution of 240 x 280 pixels.
The display navigation is also extremely user-friendly.
The bezels are minimal and we found the viewing angles decent for this dial style.
However, we did find some issues with the display touch, which sometimes doesn’t work as smoothly.
We tried using the watch outdoors and couldn’t find any issues as far as brightness is concerned.
The display is reasonably visible in different lighting conditions.
The UI is smooth and easy to get through as well.
Apart from 100+ cloud-based watch faces, there are multiple in-built watch faces available for users to change the appearance of the watch as per their preference.

It needs a full charge before first use and it takes around 2 to 2.30 hours to fully charge the smartwatch.

Apart from this, we definitely missed the BP monitoring and think the display touch could have been smoother.
