It weighs 399g (with controllers attached) and includes a bigger kickstand for better tabletop gaming. Unlike its predecessor, it features two USB-C ports (top and bottom) for improved connectivity. While it now supports HDR10, it doesn’t have an OLED panel, which could mean an OLED variant might come later. When docked, the Switch 2 supports 4K output at 60Hz and 1080p/1440p at up to 120Hz. The dock has built-in cooling to prevent overheating and supports HDR10 output, offering better visuals on compatible TVs. Storage gets a big upgrade with 256GB of internal memory, expandable via microSD Express cards up to 2TB. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and Ethernet support via the dock.
