Though where it might perform better the PS5 Pro is running on 12.155 TFLOPS, which overpowers the base PS5 running on 10.23 TFLOPs. RAM and Storage RAM-wise, PS5 Pro runs 28% faster than the base model PS5. RAM number as such remains unknown for PS5 Pro, which suggests not much has changed. In comparison, the Xbox Series X is equipped with 16 GB GDDR6 RAM. Comparing PS5 Pro and Xbox Serie X in terms of RAM won’t give any clarity as such because we do not have clear information. So, let’s look at the storage. The Xbox Series X has 1 TB NVME SSD storage while the PS5 Pro comes with a huge 2TB storage. Now if we compare that to Xbox Series X, the PlayStation does even stand a chance. The Xbox Series X currently houses more than 448 games even after excluding their range of backwards-compatible games. But this is where things get interesting. If you compare the Xbox game numbers to the base PS5, this number is low. Basically, what this means is - if you want exclusive games, PlayStation still provides more options and value. Conclusion Looking at both gaming consoles from a distance, the PlayStation 5 Pro seems to be a better choice until you look at the price tag.
