Tipster MysteryLupin on X (formerly Twitter) has revealed the complete spec sheet for the mid-range Pixel phone.
The Pixel 8a is rumoured to feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2,000 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
Under the hood, it will be powered by Google’s Tensor G3 chipset paired with 8GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The leaked specs suggest the Pixel 8a will pack a 4,492mAh battery with support for 27W wired and wireless Qi charging.
It is claimed to last over 24 hours on a single charge, with an ultra battery saver mode extending it up to 72 hours.
Security features include an in-display fingerprint scanner and face unlock.
On the camera front, the Pixel 8a will sport a 64MP wide camera with EIS and OIS, accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide camera on the back.
For selfies, it will have a 13MP ultra-wide front camera with AI-powered features like Magic touch-up, Magic eraser, and Magic audio eraser.
The Pixel 8a dimensions are listed as 152.1 x 72.7 x 8.9mm, weighing 188 grams.
It is expected to come in Obsidian, Porcelain, Bay, and Mint colour options, with a possible orange variant.
