iQOO Z7 and iQ0O Z7x phones have been launched in China, as promised. These are the latest entrants to the iQ0O Z-series and succeed the iQOO Z6 from last year.
Unlike the Indian version, the iQ0O Z7 sold in the brand’s home soil, ships with the faster 120W fast-charging support and is the main highlight of the phone.
The phone is powered by the Qualcomm
Snapdragon 782 SoC and a has 3K large-area vapour chamber, which is claimed to be twice the previous generation. On the other hand, the iQOO Z7x has a large 6,000mAh battery with 80W charging support.

iQOO has launched the Z7 series in China. The company has launched two mid-range smartphones under the Z7 series in China.
There is the top-end Z7 5G, which features a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 782G SoC and 120W fast charging support. The phone also has a 120W refresh rate display and a 64MP dual-camera setup on the back.
Alongside the Z7 5G, the company has also launched the Z7x. The new iQOO Z7x is a budget 5G smartphone. The phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC under the hood.
The Z7x 5G packs a massive battery under the hood, bigger than the more premium Z7 5G. This also means that the phone is heavier than the vanilla model.

The phone comes in Space Black, Atomic Blue and Infinite Orange colours.
The iQOO Z7x is priced at RMB 1299 (around Rs 15,600) for the 6GB/128GB, RMB 1399 (approx Rs 16,800) for the 8GB/128GB model and RMB 1499 (around Rs 18,000) for the 8GB/256GB version.
The phones are now available to order and will be on sale in China from March 24th.

iQOO Z7’s main highlight is its 120W fast charging support which is paired with a decent 5,000mAh battery.
The phone runs on the latest Android 13 with OriginOS custom skin out of the box. Connectivity options include dual SIM 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
Powering the phone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 782 SoC paired with Adreno GPU. The chipset is supported by 8GB/12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 12GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The phone sports a 6.64-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with 2388×1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz variable refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 480 nits peak brightness.
Moving to optics, the iQOO Z7 5G has dual cameras on the back, with a 64MP primary camera that is aided by OIS and LED flash and a 2MP depth sensor. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

On the other hand, the iQOO Z7x also has the same 6.64-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with 2388×1080 pixels resolution, 120Hz variable refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 480 nits peak brightness.
The phone runs on Android 13 with OriginOS 3 custom skin out of the box. Connectivity options include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a USB Type-C port.
iQOO Z7x is powered by the Snapdragon 695 coupled with Adreno 619L GPU for graphics, 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.
There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security. There is a large 6,000mAh battery with support of 80W fast charging.
As for the cameras, the iQOO Z7x has a 50MP primary camera with an LED flash and a 2MP depth sensor. There is an 8MP side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
