The phone is the latest entrant to the Z7 series, which is set to expand further later this month with more models. The iQOO Z7i is the first phone with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC, which is aimed at budget models.
The phone has a waterdrop notch on the front to house the selfie snapper, dual cameras on the back placed in two circular rings, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and a unique diamond-cut design.

Without any fanfare, the iQ0O Z7i has gone official in the Chinese market today.
It is the world’s first smartphone to feature the Dimensity 6020 chipset.
As per the official page of the D6020 chip, it is a 7nm chip that includes 2 x ARM Cortex-A76 CPU cores working at up to 2.2GHz, 6 X ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores clocking at up to 2GHz, and an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The CPU and GPU details suggest that it is a rebranded or tweaked version of the existing Dimensity 700 SoC.
iQOO Z7i Price
iQOO Z7i is priced at RMB 949 (around Rs 11,300) for the 4GB + 128GB model, RMB 999 (approx Rs 11,900) for the 6GB + 128GB version, and RMB 1099 (approx Rs 13,100) for the 8GB/128GB model.
The phone comes in Moon Shadow Black and Ice Lake Blue colour options.
