Appleis gearing up for multiple product launches with the M4 MacBook Air expected to be announced as early as this week. According to Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, new iPad Air and entry-level iPad models are also on the way, though their release will happen slightly later.
Here’s what we know.
MacBook Air M4 Announcement On Cards
Gurman has consistently reported that Apple planned to unveil the M4 MacBook Air in March, and now that the iPhone 16e has been launched, attention is shifting to this highly anticipated MacBook update. According to his latest report, there are no delays in Apple’s schedule and an announcement is expected soon.
If the M4 MacBook Air follows the same upgrade path as the M4 MacBook Pro, we can expect:
A 10-core CPU (up from 8-core in the M3 model)
Up to 32GB of RAM (vs. 24GB in M3)
Faster memory bandwidth (120GB/s vs. 100GB/s)
12MP Center Stage webcam
Potentially a nano-texture display option for reduced glare
Slightly better battery life
With these upgrades, the M3 MacBook Air is likely to be phased out, while the M2 model may stick around as a more affordable option. Amazon is already discounting the M3 MacBook Air below the M2 version, which suggests Apple is clearing out stock ahead of the M4 launch.
New iPads Also on the Way
Apple is also preparing to refresh its iPad lineup, though not as soon as the MacBook Air. Gurman reports that stock for the entry-level iPad and M2 iPad Air is running low, usually a sign that updated models are coming.
Expected upgrades include:
iPad 11: Likely to feature an A17 Pro chip, bringing Apple Intelligence support to the most affordable iPad.
iPad Air: Rumoured to get an M3 chip and possibly an updated Magic Keyboard.
While we’ll see all these new products this spring, the MacBook Air M4 will arrive first followed by iPad announcements later.

The introduction of a more conversational AI-powered Siri in iOS 19 has been delayed.
It is now expected to arrive with iOS 20 at the earliest.
Despite the delay, Apple will release three new Siri features with iOS 18.5 in May.
Significant AI advancements may not be seen until iOS 20, expected in June 2027.
The next big Siri upgrade has been reportedly delayed. (Image credit – Siri)
Apple’s ambitious plans for an AI-powered Siri in iOS 19 are facing delays. According to Mark Gurman’s latest Power On newsletter, Apple is still set to roll out its new “LLM Siri” system and a unified backend for handling both simple and complex requests. This is why the more conversational Siri experience, similar to ChatGPT, is running behind schedule.
Here’s our full report.
More Conversational Siri Arrival Delayed
Initially, Apple planned to introduce a smarter and more natural Siri alongside iOS 19.
However, Gurman reports that this upgrade won’t be ready in time for the expected June announcement. Employees in Apple’s AI division now believe that this enhanced Siri may not reach users until iOS 20 “at best.”
Despite these setbacks, Apple is still on track to release three new Siri features with iOS 18.5 in May. While these improvements may bring some enhancements, they won’t deliver the fully conversational experience that Apple had initially aimed for.
Apple Intelligence in iOS 19
Apple’s AI push, branded as Apple Intelligence, also appears to be struggling. According to Gurman, internal data suggests that real-world usage of Apple Intelligence features is “extremely low,” indicating that current capabilities aren’t resonating with users.
Unfortunately, iOS 19 won’t bring major consumer-facing AI updates, as Apple is still focused on delivering previously announced features. Gurman explains, “Everything I’ve heard suggests that iOS 19 will not include any significant consumer-facing changes to Apple Intelligence. A big reason for that is the amount of time Apple is still spending working to get the features announced last year out the door. It’s challenging to move on to next year’s release before this year’s operating system updates have rolled out to customers.”
If Apple remains on this timeline, significant Apple Intelligence advancements may not arrive until iOS 20, expected in June 2027. While Apple is known for taking its time to refine new features, this delay means users will have to wait much longer for a true AI-driven Siri experience.

Xiaomi 15 Ultra Teardown Reveals Upgrades and Changes
A look at Xiaomi 15 Ultra inner components via teardown. (Credit – YouTuber WekiHome)
Just hours after its launch in China, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra has already been taken apart by YouTuber WekiHome. The teardown offers a closer look at the device’s internal changes and how Xiaomi has upgraded its latest flagship compared to its predecessor.
One of the biggest changes in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is the 200MP telephoto camera, which features the ISOCELL HP9 sensor. This periscope module is so large that it takes up a big chunk of space inside the phone, forcing the PCB to extend across almost half the device.
Despite this, Xiaomi has kept the design sleek with the phone measuring 9.4mm in thickness—just 0.2mm more than the previous model. However, the teardown confirms that repairs won’t be easy due to the complex assembly, which includes multiple screws, plastic retaining parts and adhesive.
Xiaomi has removed the variable aperture found in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which allowed switching between f/1.63 and f/4.0. Instead, the company has added a new glass filter to reduce reflections and improve image quality. The primary camera, which uses Sony’s LYT-900 sensor, has undergone internal tweaks for better performance.
The teardown also provided a closer look at Xiaomi’s new Si/C battery, comparing its energy density to the battery used in the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Cameras: 50MP LightHunter 900 primary camera, 50MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3.2x telephoto lens. The front camera is 32MP (OmniVision OV32B40).
Battery & Charging: 5,240mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Software: Runs on HyperOS 2.0 with Android 15.
Design & Build: 8.08mm thick, 191 grams weight.
Other Features: IP68 dust and water resistance, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
Xiaomi 15 Series – What’s New?
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features an upgraded chipset, bigger battery and a massive 200MP periscope lens, a major jump from the 50MP periscope lens on the Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 15 has a larger battery and an upgraded telephoto lens, improving its focus range. The LED flash has also been moved outside the square camera module for a fresh design tweak.

Samsung is gearing up to reveal its first Android XR headset Project Moohan at MWC 2025 scheduled to be held from March 3-6. This follows its initial announcement alongside Android XR in December and another sneak peek during the Galaxy S25 launch in January.
According to Samsung’s event preview, the company “will unveil its first Android XR headset, Project Moohan, offering a glimpse into the future of AI-powered extended reality.”
Samsung describes the device as a “ground-breaking” step forward, combining multimodal AI and advanced XR capabilities to create more context-aware and personalised experiences.
It says, “By integrating multimodal AI with advanced XR capabilities, this ground-breaking device marks a significant step toward more context-aware and personalized experiences that enhance everyday life in incredibly immersive ways.”
Samsung and Google introduced the Project Moohan developer kit back in December with early units shipped to select partners to prepare apps. More developers got their hands on it later that month.
The key details that we know so far include Qualcomm’s Snapdragon XR2+ Gen 2 processor and the external battery with USB-C support for larger packs. It was also revealed that the headset is lightweight with sophisticated hardware.
At Unpacked 2025 in January, Samsung even allowed attendees to take pictures of the headset, hinting that the final design is nearly ready.

The big question is whether Samsung will finally confirm the headset’s official name, price and shipping date. An announcement was expected later in the year, possibly at Samsung’s summer Unpacked event alongside its new foldables. However, this early unveiling could mean a launch isn’t too far away.
That said, we might not get a release date just yet, or it could still be a few months away. Either way, MWC 2025 should give us a much clearer look at Samsung’s vision for AI-powered extended reality.
