OPPO and MediaTek are collaborating to introduce the OPPO Find X8 Series as India’s first smartphone powered by MediaTek’s latest Dimensity 9400 chipset. The Oppo Find X8 Series details were unveiled during the MediaTek Technology Diaries event on November 15.
The series promises improvements in all areas including performance, gaming, photography and battery life.
OPPO Find X8 Series is set to launch on November 21 globally at 5 AM UTC. The series smartphones including Oppo Find X8 and Oppo Find X8 Pro were initially unveiled in China on October 24.

The 8th-Gen NPU adds smarter AI features like Magic Compose in Google Messages, allowing you to quickly generate replies that match your conversation’s tone.
Improved Gaming and Photography
Gaming gets a major upgrade with the Dimensity 9400’s 12-core ARM Immortalis-G925 GPU. It offers 40% faster ray tracing and 41% better peak performance. Paired with OPPO’s advanced cooling system, users can enjoy long and uninterrupted gaming sessions.
Photography enthusiasts will love the collaboration between MediaTek’s Imagiq 1090 ISP and OPPO’s Hasselblad Master Camera System.
