Realme has started teasing the launch of Realme C51, the company’s next budget phone in the C series, in India.
The teaser says “Champion is coming” and the company says that the phone will be more engaging than ever before. It shows the notch and the mini capsule that we had seen in the Realme C55 and the C53 smartphones.
The Realme C51 was introduced in Taiwan last month, and is also available in Indonesia, Cambodia and more countries.
The phone has a 6.7-inch HD+ 90Hz LCD screen with 90.3% screen-to-body ratio, has a 5MP camera inside the notch, is powered by Unisoc T612 SoC with 4GB of RAM, comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and has a 50MP rear camera along with a depth sensor.
It packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC fast charging.
The Realme C51 comes in Mint Green and Carbon Black colours, and is expected to be priced under Rs. 10,000 since the Realme C53 which was launched in India last month starts at Rs. 9999.
The Realme C51 will be sold on Realme.com, Flipkart and offline stores after the launch.

Realme features a 6.7-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ 1600 x 720 pixels resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 180Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 560 nits peak brightness.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC paired with a Mali-G57 GPU.
The smartphone runs Android 13 out of the box.
Realme C51 has a dual-camera setup that consists of a 50MP primary camera and a depth sensor.
The primary 50MP sensor has an f/1.8 aperture. On the front side, the handset has a 5MP selfie camera, which is accommodated inside a water-drop shape notch.
The smartphone also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security purposes.
The handset comes with a 5,000mAh battery, which supports 33W fast charging.
The other key specifications that the Realme C51 offer include a 3.5mm audio jack, a dual-ported speaker, dual 4G VoLTE, and a USB Type-C port.
The smartphone is priced for NT$ 3,990 (roughly Rs 10,430) in Taiwan.
The device should be priced at under Rs 15,000 in the Indian market.
