Realme’s upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 SE has been in the limelight and the device is scheduled for its China launch on April 3rd. Now, an official teaser of the upcoming smartphone has confirmed the battery and charging specifications.
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE will benefit from a 5,500mAh battery and will support 100W fast charging. The device will also get a 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor and up to 1TB of storage.
Realme is prepping up to introduce a new GT-series smartphone dubbed as the Realme GT Neo 5 SE on April 3 in China. Ahead of the launch, the Chinese smartphone maker has been teasing several aspects of this upcoming handset.
A few days back, the company confirmed the display specifications of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE.
Additionally, the camera details of the handset were leaked by tipster a few days back.
Now, in a recent development, Realme has confirmed the battery capacity and charging speed details of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE.
Realme GT Neo 5 SE Battery Specifications Confirmed
Besides the newly revealed specs, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE was also tipped to get a 6.74-inch 144HZ OLED display panel.
Digital Chat Station, which posted this information via a Weibo post, also mentioned that the display panel will boast of a 1.5K resolution and will support 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and 1,400 nits of peak brightness.
Realme GT Neo 5 SE expected specifications, price
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE will be powered by the latest generation Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset from Qualcomm.
This powerhouse will be paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The device was also recently spotted on the AnTuTu benchmarking site ahead of its launch, which you can read here.
It is expected that the Realme GT Neo 5 SE will run on Realme UI 4.0-based Android 13 mobile OS out of the box. As for the optics, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE is expected to get a triple camera setup at the back and a 16MP front shooter for selfies and video calls.
The device is expected to be launched in at least two colour options, namely Final Fantasy and Black.
While the pricing of the device is currently unknown, reports suggest that the device could be priced between 2,000 Yuan (~ Rs 23,874) and 3,000 Yuan (~ Rs 35,803). The India launch timeline is also under wraps at the moment.

As per the teaser released by Realme, the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 SE will come with a 5,500mAh battery unit. The handset will offer 100W wired fast charging support.
The device will have a slower charging speed than the vanilla Neo 5 which consists of two model, one which offer 240W charging support, and the other comes with 150W charging support.
