The phone has also appeared in TUV Rheinland and Geekbench databases, showing global (SM-G766B), U.S. (SM-G766U/U1), and Canadian (SM-G766W) variants.

Geekbench benchmarks for SM-G766U1 reveal that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, featuring an octa-core setup (1×2.50GHz, 3×2.40GHz, 2×1.80GHz) with Adreno 810 GPU. It scored 1,157 (single-core) and 3,288 (multi-core) in benchmark tests.

The phone will run Android 15 with One UI 7 and come with 6GB RAM (5.21GB usable). A 4,265mAh battery is expected to power the device.
