Realme recently confirmed that the company would launch the Realme 11 Pro 5G series smartphones in June in India. The company launched these smartphones in China in May and has already been certified by multiple certifications, including FCC, TDRA, and more.
These certifications revealed that the global and Chinese units of the Realme 11 Pro 5G series smartphones would be the same. A leaked image revealed that the Badshah of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan (also known as SRK) would be Realme’s next ambassador.
For those who remember, Realme had appointed another Bollywood superstar Salman Khan ahead of Realme 6 series launch. Flipkart has officially revealed that SRK will be the ambassador for the upcoming smartphones.
Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan is the new brand ambassador of Realme, the company has confirmed. The announcement comes shortly after we leaked an image of the actor on set for a Realme shoot. The first product that Shah Rukh will endorse as the brand ambassador is the upcoming Realme 11 Pro series that is launching in India next month.
Realme also shared an image of Shah Rukh as the new brand ambassador, and he’s seen holding the Realme 11 Pro+ in City of Sunrise (gold) colour. Along with the Realme 11 Pro+ 5G, the company is also expected to launch the Realme 11 Pro smartphone. There’s no mention of the vanilla Realme 11 just yet.
“REALME’S ‘DARE TO LEAP’ PHILOSOPHY TRULY RESONATED WITH ME. THE BRAND’S UNWAVERING COMMITMENT TO PUSHING BOUNDARIES ALIGNS PERFECTLY WITH MY OWN PURSUIT OF EXCELLENCE. TOGETHER, WE AIM TO IGNITE INNOVATION AND FUEL THE GROWTH OF REALME GLOBALLY. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO JOINING THE REALME FAMILY AS THEIR BRAND AMBASSADOR AND HOPE TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO EMBRACE CHALLENGES, TAKE BOLD STEPS, AND ACHIEVE GREATNESS.” – SHAH RUKH KHAN COMMENTED ON THE COLLABORATION.
SRK to be Realme’s Next Ambassador
Flipkart’s micro-site for the upcoming Realme smartphones has revealed the partnership between Bollywood King and Realme. The micro-site reveals the image of SRK holding the upcoming Realme 11 Pro+ 5G smartphone. The site also adds a quote of SRK saying that He’s ready for the next leap with the upcoming Realme smartphone.
Some reports on the web say the partnership with SRK might be only for the upcoming Realme 11 Pro series smartphones. Some netizens on the internet are worried about the price hike since Realme has roped in a Bollywood superstar for the upcoming smartphone. It would be interesting if the forthcoming Realme smartphones also broke the record of pricing of other Realme number series devices.
The company is advertising that the smartphone’s camera performance has been significantly upgraded over its predecessors. Realme uses a “Leap-forward camera” tagline for the upcoming device since it uses an upgraded 200MP ISOCELL HP3 sensor.
The company also adds that the forthcoming number series smartphones would leap forward in design for number series devices. The OEM has partnered with a luxury brand designer to design the rear panel of the device.
New image suggests Shah Rukh Khan and Realme working on an ad shoot
Shah Rukh Khan will be announced as the new brand ambassador for Realme soon. The first ad shoot appears to be currently happening, if the exclusive image that we obtained is anything to go by. As seen in the image above, Realme and Shah Rukh Khan’s names are mentioned behind the chairs. The Realme 11 Pro series will be the brand’s premium offering in the mid-range segment and will include the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+.
Realme 11 Pro Series India launch
Realme hasn’t revealed the launch date yet for the 11 Pro series but it is confirmed to launch in June. The Flipkart availability for these smartphones is also confirmed along with a dedicated microsite where you can check for updates.

“By joining forces with an iconic personality and an inspiration to millions, Tealme is showcasing its focus on delivering powerful, stylish, and youth-oriented smartphones that resonate with the aspirations and ambitions of today’s youth,” Realme said in a statement Thursday.
The brand said that the first product that Khan will be endorsing is the Realme 11 Pro 5G series.
“The brand’s unwavering commitment to pushing boundaries aligns perfectly with my own pursuit of excellence. Together, we aim to ignite innovation and fuel the growth of realme globally,” said Khan.

According to Counterpoint Research, Realme’s shipments declined 52% year-over-year in Q1 2023, which eroded the brand’s share to 9% compared to 16% in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
At the fifth rank, Realme continued to face challenges such as inventory build-up and unfavourable market conditions in the sub-Rs 10,000 segment. It is now focusing on offline retail to expand consumer base. The brand also launched the C55 series, which did well during the quarter, accounting for 11% of its shipments, according to the research firm.

4) Realme ropes in Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan as its brand ambassador for smartphones.Details
Ans) Realme’s Indian branch today announced it has roped in Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan (SRK) as its brand ambassador for the smartphone category. The company said it signed SRK – also referred to as “King Khan” – because he “truly embodies the spirit of Realme with his remarkable journey and charismatic persona” and “represents Realme’s commitment to providing users with a leap-forward experience.”
The five-year-old brand also said that by joining forces with SRK, it is “showcasing its focus on delivering powerful, stylish, and youth-oriented smartphones that resonate with the aspirations and ambitions of today’s youth.”
The first Realme products SRK will endorse are the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+, introduced in China about a couple of weeks ago and set to debut in international markets – including India – in June. You can check the Realme 11 Pro and Realme 11 Pro+’s detailed specs comparison here to know more about them.
It’s not the first time Realme has partnered with a Bollywood actor for its Number series smartphones. In 2020, Realme collaborated with Salman Khan for the Realme 6 lineup. It had also roped in Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor for some of its AIoT products. However, we are hopeful Realme won’t sell the Realme 11 Pro series in India with pictures of SRK on its boxes like Salman Khan’s pictures. Not everyone likes that after all.
