It looks like the Chinese mobile phone manufacturer Tecno is shifting focus to the next-generation lineup with the Spark 30 5G already under development. According to multiple media reports, the Tecno Spark 30 5G recently passed through the FCC certification. It certification document circulating online reveals that Spark 30 5G will come with an 18W charger. And similar to the Spark 20, it will offer up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. Last December, Tecno introduced the Spark 20, and since then, the lineup has expanded with several new models. The power and volume buttons are on the right side, with the power button likely doubling as a fingerprint scanner. The phone's dimensions are listed as 165 x 76 x 8mm, making it 0.5mm slimmer than its predecessor. While other details are still under wraps, the FCC certification confirms that the Spark 30 5G will support 5G, suggesting it will be powered by a 5G-compatible processor. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, which includes an octa-core CPU with two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.8 GHz. The device comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be expanded via a microSDXC card. For photography, the Spark 20 is equipped with a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.6 aperture and PDAF, along with an auxiliary lens, and supports dual-LED flash, HDR, and 1440p video recording at 30fps. The front camera is a 32MP shooter with an f/2.2 aperture and dual-LED flash, capable of 1080p video recording at 30fps. Tecno is developing the Spark 30 5G.
