ACSI published its annual report this week based on 13,000+ respondents (chosen at random) from July 2023 to June 2024. This is at least four points more than the average score of 81 in the personal computer category. On the other hand, Samsung's score dropped to 82/100, which is a point down from last year’s score of 83/100. Meanwhile, HP managed to take the leap to reach the second spot this year. It scored 84/100 and was just behind Apple. HP has been performing rather well for some time now, registering a 3-point increase YoY. It outperformed both compact computing products, laptops and tablets. As for the YoY trends, it was a 2-point drop for desktops, a 1-point increase for laptops, and a 5-point increase for tablets.
