Airtel’s internet and mobile services were briefly disrupted across India on Friday. The disruption was apparently caused due to a technical glitch. Several users from various locations in India, took to the micro-blogging site to complain about the outage in Airtel India’s network. The disruption was witnessed in broadband and cellular services as well. Acknowledging the outage in services, the company put out a tweet “Our internet services had a brief disruption and we deeply regret the inconvenience this may have caused you. Everything is back as normal now, as our teams keep working to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.” Outage tracker Downdetector showed Airtel web having issues since around 11:30AM on Friday, February 11. As per Downdetector, around 3,729 clients had reported disruption in services at 11:18AM across India. Numerous users have said that this is the second time this month that they are confronting this issue.
