Netflix acquires game creator Night School Studio Popular OTT platform Netflix has bought its first game developer Night School Studio and rolled out five mobile gaming titles in select European markets. The streaming giant announced the deal on its website. Night School Studio, best known for its debut game – Oxenfree - a supernatural teen thriller with an eerie soundtrack, confirmed the purchase separately on its own site, saying it is “a surreal honor to be the first game studio to join Netflix.” Amazon Astro, Alexa-Enabled Robot Launched Amazon recently held a fall event.
