Yes, you can change the language settings and send messages in a different language using the Apple Watch Message App. For the feature to work, the preferred language needs to be added to the synced iPhone keyboard. Once that is done, you can easily open the message on your Apple Watch Message App to change the language to the preferred one before you reply to the message. Enable the Language on your iPhone Keyboard First of all, the language that you want to use for sending messages must be enabled for your iPhone keyboard. Use can follow the below steps to enable the language - Go to General and the open Keyboard Click on Add New Keyboard Choose the language from the Other iPhone Keyboard option. You will see a list of languages to choose from. You can even add more than one language from the list. To do that, open the Add New Keyboard option again and follow the same steps.
