Although OnePlus eventually sent him the manual in April, four months after the purchase, Ramesh decided to take the matter to the consumer disputes redressal commission in June, citing “deficiency in service.” In its November 29 order, the consumer forum criticized OnePlus India for its “sheer negligence and indifference,” according to the report.
