Celebrity Chef Hemant Oberoi and Chef Ajay Chopra launched the food-tech platform Knosh in Gurgaon, which delivers unique dishes from award-winning chefs to your house. Chef Hemant Oberoi will serve as Knosh’s mentor, while Chef Ajay Chopra will serve as the platform’s brand ambassador. Knosh is India’s first and only epicurean platform, bringing together award-winning chefs from around the world on one platform. Food enthusiasts can now enjoy gastronomic delicacies prepared by hand-picked chefs in the privacy and comfort of their own homes. The chef-to-customer platform is already available in Gurgaon, with plans to extend to Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Dubai in the near future. Knosh is a collaboration of multiple chefs that includes Chef Hemant Oberoi, Ajay Chopra, Vanshika Bhatia, Sabyasachi Gorai ( Saby), Vaibhav Bhargava, Sweety Singh, Zebi Zubair, Nishant Choubey, Jajos, Harangad Singh and Rajesh Roy of Le Meridien Gurgaon. The Knosh platform includes a variety of cuisine professionals who are masters at creating authentic dishes in addition to celebrity chefs. Chefs are only onboarded by invitation, creating an exclusive dinner experience. Knosh is led by a solid team that comprises cofounders Sumbul Siddiqui, Ajay Malhotra, and Samrat Das Gupta, as well as Chef Ajay Chopra, who has extensive industry knowledge and connections. The management team has worked in a variety of industries and has extensive expertise operating large-scale operations across India. “Food industry has changed dramatically in recent times.
