There will be a similar overall look to the iPhone 15 Pro devices as there was with the iPhone 14 Pro models released last year, but there are small yet meaningful changes underway for Apple. Apple is reportedly using BRS technology for the upcoming 16 Pro displays, or ‘Border Reduction Structure’ technology. The BRS approach also includes bending wiring and circuitry around the panel edges downwards, which provides for further thinness of the bezels. While it makes this manufacturing method give a stunning all-screen appearance, it seems Apple had to break through some production barriers. Besides that, Apple has not significantly tweaked iPhone screen sizes since the introduction of the iPhone 12 models in 2020. But as mentioned, things are set to change with the Pro models in the 2024 iPhone 16 lineup.
