The brand claims iTel S23 would be the only device with 16GB RAM under Rs 9,000. However, there is a catch, as 16GB RAM advertised by iTel includes virtual RAM. iTel calls virtual RAM Memory Fusion and will use 8GB from storage to assist the native 8GB RAM. The device will be equipped with a triple-rear camera setup and will feature a camera layout similar to OnePlus 11R. iTel would equip the device with a primary 50MP sensor.
