Experts believe JioMart is set to capture a significant share of the quick delivery market in no time. Here's what JioMart is doing differently - Free Delivery: No delivery charges, regardless of order size. No Platform or Surge Fees: Customers won't be charged extra during peak hours or for smaller orders. The no-fee approach would definitely be more appealing to price-conscious shoppers or even to people who order more than once times in a week. This will be a good strategy to establish itself in smaller towns and cities where such services are less common. The no-fee service could also draw in customers currently using Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and BigBasket. All these platforms currently charge platform fees or delivery fees or sometimes both.
