The existing Midnight, Starlight and Silver colour options remain available. Upgraded Chipset The MacBook Air M4 is powered by the new M4 processor, featuring a 10-core CPU, an 8- or 10-core GPU and support for up to 32GB of unified memory. Apple claims major performance improvements in tasks like spreadsheet management, video editing, photo editing, and web browsing. However, most of these comparisons are against older Intel-based MacBooks or the M1 chip, so the difference compared to the M3 remains unclear.
