A single Cortex-A78 core runs at 3.1 GHz, three other Cortex-A78s at lower frequencies, and four more Cortex-A55 efficiency cores. The Dimensity 8250 is supplied with 4MB of L3 cache, supporting LPDDR5 RAM up to 6400Mbps speeds and UFS 3.1 storage. For AI acceleration, the chipset comes with MediaTek's APU 580 processor. Other connectivity features include an integrated 5G modem with support for Sub-6GHz SA/NSA/3CC networks and a maximum download speed of 4.7Gbps.
