The smartphone has a primary 6.9-inch screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, and the device is based on the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage. Similarly, the Razr 40 has a smaller 1.5-inch cover display with a similar 6.9-inch primary display, which also has a peak refresh rate of 144Hz.
