The new ‘My Netflix’ tab aims to improve how users find movies and shows on their platform. Netflix has introduced a new My Netflix hub on iOS and Android platforms. The OTT streaming platform is known for its intuitive interface, making it extremely easy for users to find what to watch next or resume watching. The company has now made it even easier to help users choose what they want to watch with the launch of My Netflix hub on Android and iOS. Under this tab, users can find all their downloaded TV shows and movies that they saved for offline viewing. The ‘My Netflix’ tab also offers a consolidated view of various things, including: 1) TV series and movies that users have liked by giving them a ‘thumbs up.’ 2) Shows and films added to their personal My List watch list. 3) Trailers they have watched. 4) Reminders they set for upcoming releases. 5) A list of titles they are currently in the middle of watching. 6) A record of what they’ve recently watched. What does the My Netflix Tab exactly do ? My Netflix section As Netflix explains it, the My Netflix is a "one-stop shop tailored to you with easy shortcuts to help you choose what you want to watch". This new tab will not only house all of a user's downloads, but it will also show all the TV series and movies that users' gave a thumbs up to, shows and films that they have saved to My List, trailers that they have watched, and the reminders that they have set. In addition to that, the new My Netflix section will also showcase the TV shows and movies that users are in the middle of watching, or have recently watched. Simply put, the My Netflix tab will have all the content that users have ear-marked on the platform. Users can still head to the Home and other sections of the OTT platform to explore the complete list of content and find something new that excites them.
