Within just three minutes of heavy use, the chip began to throttle, with performance continuing to decline until around the four-minute mark. At that point, the CPU was estimated to have lost nearly 60% of its potential power. Tensor G4 peaked at 341 GIPS, averaged 246.6 GIPS, and dropped to 145.5 GIPS under severe throttling (42.6% of peak).
