Qualcomm has introduced a new Snapdragon SoC globally. The Hawaii-based American tech giant has unveiled the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC. The new Snapdragon 4 series SoC will power budget 5G smartphones and claims to meet consumer expectations by making 5G technologies more accessible worldwide. Qualcomm claims that the new Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC has been designed to meet consumer needs in the value tier, with a focus on multi-tasking, advanced photography and videography. The new SoC claims to provide all-day use with fast CPU speeds, sharp photography and videography along with support for reliable connectivity tech like 5G and Wi-Fi. The budget 5G SoC from Qualcomm also claims to capture razor-sharp photos and videos with the help of electronic image stabilisation (EIS) and faster autofocus, which provide blur reduction for clearer images, even with moving subjects.
