OnePlus has announced that they are looking for active users of the OnePLus community to beta test the new OxygenOS 13 for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite. Users of the Nord CE 2 Lite 5G in India may now sign up for the OxygenOS 13 open beta programme. You can test out the Android 13-based upgrade as soon as you apply for it. The requirement for participation requires you to have an Indian version of the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. The user should be an active member of the OnePlus community and be prepared to accept any risks associated with the beta programme. Device users in India should be using the firmware version CPH2381 11.A.13 in order to apply for the update. You can apply for the update once you are using the abovementioned version.
