Samsung Galaxy S23 Series Specifications The Samsung Galaxy S23 is tipped to sport a 6.1-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the Galaxy S23 Plus would have a 6.7-inch FHD+ screen. The Galaxy S23 Ultra is said to sport a 6.8-inch QHD+ curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support, 2200nits brightness, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and a hole-punch cutout at the top centre. The phones are expected to pack an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is expected to be powered by the overlocked version of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC paired with Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.
