For comparison, the iPhone 6 measured 6.9mm in thickness, the iPhone 6 Plus measured 7.1mm and the latest iPhone Phone 16 is 7.80mm. Meanwhile, Apple is not the only brand facing issues with making its upcoming devices as slim as they hoped. According to the Korean blog, Samsung is facing issues with the mass production of thinner motherboards. The Korean manufacturer is reportedly facing delays in production due to supplier issues. However, it does mention that Samsung has found some success in using new materials for the thin battery, unlike Apple. As of now, there is no word on how slim the Galaxy S25 Slim is going to be.
