Sale reports so far have been mixed with early figures not giving a very enthusiastic picture. However, Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently shared some positive news regarding iPhone 16 sales. According to Kuo's latest post on X (previously Twitter), the sales figures for the iPhone 16 are meeting expectations. This suggests that the demand for these models has generally met expectations so far. However, there is still time before we get a clear picture of how the iPhone 16 is performing sales-wise. Piper Sandler shared the results of its 48th semi-annual Gen Z survey involving 13,515 teens across 47 U.S. states. The most eye-opening data to come out of the survey was that 87% of teens surveyed in the US own an iPhone. The survey also revealed that as of now the number of teens upgrading to the iPhone 16 is steady but Apple Intelligence can really push new purchases in the coming months when all features are out with complete iOS 18 updates.
