However, these customisations will only be visible to the user, not their chat partners. WhatsApp also gives users the option to upload their own wallpapers from their camera roll making each chat unique. “Add some fun to your chats by choosing from 30 new wallpaper options, or you can still upload a background from your camera roll to make them completely unique to you,” the blog post adds.
