The official announcement came around eight days after the first phone using the chipset saw the light of the day. Yes, we are talking about the Tecno Camon 30S Pro, which was just about a week ago. According to the MediaTek product brief on their official website, the Helio G100 is pretty much the same as the Helio G99 in terms of CPU and GPU specs. The main difference is the G100's ability to support 200 MP main cameras.
