According to the platform that monitors real-time service issues Downdetector, complaints from BSNL users have surged. Here's how the reported problems break down - 59% of users are facing signal issues. 35% of users are experiencing complete service blackouts. 6% of users report problems with mobile connectivity. Both mobile and broadband services appear to be affected leaving many users frustrated as they are unable to access essential communication services. Social media platforms are buzzing with complaints from users seeking updates from BSNL. Many have expressed frustration over the lack of communication and transparency regarding the outage. Many customers tagged the Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia X (formerly Twitter) saying, “Sir, no BSNL mobile network since 31st night… we are unable to talk to anyone.” Another expressed regret about switching to BSNL, tagging Jio’s customer care account, calling their decision a “big mistake.” Another user from Kolkata posted, “No tower for BSNL?
