However, it looks like the Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch date has been leaked online ahead of the official confirmation. A new leak has revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will launch in the third week of April. An online retailer app store in China has accidentally revealed the launch date of the flagship Xiaomi smartphone. The store listing revealed that the 13 Ultra will be revealed in China on April 18. Xiaomi recently confirmed the launch of its upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra flagship smartphone. The brand not only revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra would launch in China in April, it also confirmed that the device would be available globally as well. That said, the brand has so far only confirmed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra would launch sometime this month in China and has not confirmed a particular date till now. This, however, has not stopped leaks from popping up now and then, and the latest one reveals the actual launch date of the device. Let's take a look. Xiaomi 13 Ultra Launch Date As seen in the listing above the Xiaomi 13 Ultra appears to be launching on April 18th in China. The screenshot has been taken from an online retailer app store in China, wherein the brand’s upcoming launch plan has been made live. In all likelihood, the listing belongs to the upcoming Xiaomi 13 Ultra, as the brand has already confirmed an April launch for the device. Sadly enough, the listing does not tell us anything about the specifications and/or the design of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, but April 18th is not too far away from now anyway. There is no word yet on the Xiaomi 13 Ultra launch date in India and globally, but that should follow the China launch, if trends are anything to go by. On top of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Xiaomi Pad 6 series of tablets during the same event. The brand has even started teasing the arrival of its Xiaomi Pad 6 lineup, so we can expect the April 18th event to include more than just the flagship smartphone by Xiaomi. Xiaomi 13 Ultra: Specifications and Features Leaked So Far Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to get the top-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. It is likely to launch with up to 16GB of RAM. There will be up to 512GB of storage on offer. As per a recent leak, the phone will have 12GB of RAM in the base model. Xiaomi is likely to feature LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone is also said to feature a USB 3.x Type-C port. There will be a 4900mAh battery under the hood. It will come with up to 90W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging support. The phone will run Android 13 out of the box and have a layer of MIUI 14 on top. The highlight feature of the 13 Ultra will be its camera system. As per reports, the phone will launch with a quad-camera setup on the back. The giant circular camera module will feature a 1-inch 50MP Sony IMX989 main camera sensor, which is also found in the Xiaomi 13 Pro & Oppo Find X6 Pro. The main camera will be accompanied by a three more 50MP sensors. One of the sensors will be for ultra-wide shooting, whereas the remaining two will offer telephoto zoom shots. The 13 Ultra is tipped to offer a periscope lens as well. For selfies, the phone will come with a 32MP front camera sensor. There will be a 6.7-inch AMOLED display on the front. The screen will be curved towards the edges and come with a 2K resolution. It will also sport a hole-punch cutout at the top for the fitrat camera. As expected, the LTPO panel will refresh the display between 1Hz and 120Hz.
