Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X200 Ultra in China on April 21, along with a few other devices. Recently, the brand confirmed that there will also be offering a special photography kit just for X200 Ultra users. Here’s what we know so far.

Vivo Product Manager Hano Boxiao shared a sneak peek of this kit on Weibo, along with a list of its key features. Boxiao revealed seven features, though one remains a mystery for now.
The features we know include –
- USB Type-C connection for faster, low-latency connectivity for better performance.
- Built-in 2,300mAh battery for extended battery life while shooting photos and videos, especially outdoors.
- Integrated kickstand, which will allow users to position the phone upright easily while capturing shots or videos.
- Dedicated video recording button for quick one-touch start on video recordings.
- Retro camera-style design to give the phone a stylish, camera-like look. It might come in different colours too.
- Professional-looking shoulder strap to makes it easier to carry the phone and kit around.
Meanwhile, it is also being reported that there is one mystery feature. Boxiao teased this as the “most impressive,” but didn’t reveal any details yet.

Vivo’s Product VP, Huang Tao, recently called the X200 Ultra a “pocket smart camera that can make calls.” And from the specs, that sounds about right. The phone is expected to include:
- A 50MP Sony LYT-818 main sensor with OIS
- A 50MP ultra-wide lens (also LYT-818)
- A 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope telephoto lens with OIS
To enhance image quality, the X200 Ultra will use VS1 for pre-processing and V3+ for post-processing.
When it comes to video, the phone supports 4K at 60fps with 10-bit Log and cinematic 4K at 120fps
There’s also a physical Action Button on the side for quick camera control and a customisable zoom flash system that aims to deliver DSLR-style portraits.
