Fresh renders of the Vivo X200s show it in two eye-catching shades, Soft Purple and Mint Blue. Unlike last year’s Vivo X200, which had a micro-curved display, the new model features a 6.67-inch flat panel with ultra-thin bezels. The screen, built with BOE’s Q10 technology, offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate for a crisp and smooth experience.

Vivo has also added an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for faster and more secure unlocking.

Vivo X200s – Performance and Battery

The Vivo X200s will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, an upgraded version of the Dimensity 9400. It keeps the same architecture, featuring:

  • 1 Cortex-X925 ultra-core
  • 3 Cortex-X4 performance cores
  • 4 Cortex-A720 cores

The primary core is clocked at 3.7GHz, promising better single-core performance, smoother multitasking, and faster gaming loads. The Dimensity 9400 has already crossed 3 million points on AnTuTu benchmarks, and the upgraded D9400+ is expected to perform even better.

Powering the device is a 6,000mAh+ battery, slightly larger than the 5,800mAh battery on the Vivo X200. It supports 90W wired charging and wireless charging.

Vivo X200s – Camera Setup

Vivo is equipping the X200s with a Zeiss-branded triple-camera setup, featuring:

  • Focal lengths ranging from 15mm to 70mm with variable apertures between f/1.57 and f/2.57

Vivo X200 Ultra – Advanced Camera Features

Ahead of its launch, Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao shared some exciting camera-related details on Weibo. The Vivo X200 Ultra will introduce a full-focus triple-camera setup, making it the first smartphone to feature Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) on all three lenses.

The phone will support:

  • 4K 10-bit true Log video for pro-level cinematography
  • A massive 1/1.28-inch sensor with Zeiss Ultra-level OIS, making it ideal for wide-angle photography
