Vivo Y100 is all set to launch in India next month, probably alongside the rumoured Vivo Y56. The phone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity SoC and will run on the latest Android 13 OS.
The phone is slated to come with a thin and lightweight body design with a colour- changing back panel. This will become the first Vivo phone with two colour-changing variants. Although the Vivo V23 Pro and Vivo V25 Pro featured a colour-changing design, it was available only in a single colour variant.
As for the price, the Vivo Y100 price in India is said to be around Rs 27,000 but there are chances, the cost might be slightly less. We should know the actual price when the phone launches next month.
The Vivo Y100 is said to come with an AMOLED display, HDR10+, and 1300nits peak brightness. However, the display size is not yet revealed completely. The handset is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset paired with ARM Mali-G68 MP4 (900 MHz) GPU for graphics. The chipset could be paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB storage that should be further expandable.
Moving to optics, the Vivo Y100 is said to feature a 64MP camera with OIS. This means we can expect the camera results to be top-notch. The chipset will enable 5G network connectivity.
