Last week brought us the first leaked specs Xiaomi 14 series and we now have our first look at an early schematic of the base Xiaomi 14.
The illustration was shared by tipster Digital Chat Station who holds a solid track record for Xiaomi device leaks though as always this image may differ from the final design.

Xiaomi 14 will bring a flat screen with slim bezels and a centered punch-hole cutout which looks in line with its predecessor.

Moving around the back we can see a similar square camera island to the Xiaomi 13 series but with larger cutouts for the main and telephoto camera sensors.

The other two cutouts are likely for the ultrawide camera sensor and the LED flash.
According to last week’s tipped specs, Xiaomi 14 will boast a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a 4,860 mAh battery with 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

Xiaomi 14 Pro is expected to debut with the same chipset and a larger 5,000 mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless charging.

Xiaomi 14 Schematic Leaked

The schematic sketch has been shared by reliable Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station on the microblogging platform Weibo. The tipster has a solid track record but still, the final design of the device may change from the sketch.

The schematic reveals that the Xiaomi 14 will feature a flat display on the front with negligible bezels and a center-aligned punch-hole cutout.
The back panel of the device has a square-shaped camera module along with a sensor placement that is similar to the current Xiaomi 13 series.

However, the camera cutouts are larger for the main and telephoto lenses on the upcoming device compared to its predecessor. There is also an ultra-wide-angle lens and an LED flash unit. The schematic also reveals curved edges on all sides of the Xiaomi 14.

The schematic does not reveal any additional information of the Xiaomi 14. A recent leak revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will be backed by a 4,860mAh battery unit with support for 90W fast charging along with 50W wireless charging.

The device is tipped to retain a 1-inch camera sensor along with a 1.33-inch sensor that is still in R&D phase. The upcoming Xiaomi 14 series is tipped to be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor under the hood.

As you can see in the image above, Digital Chat Station has shared the schematics of the back panel of the upcoming Xiaomi 14 smartphone.
We can see the smartphone will feature a flat display with minimal bezels on the front. It has a center-aligned punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and a slit on top for the microphone.

The back panel is a familiar terrain with a design we have already seen on the Xiaomi 13 series.
There is a large, square camera island in the top left corner. We can see four cutouts for three cameras and a LED flash.

This time around, the cutouts are bigger than previous devices. Xiaomi is expected to equip the smartphone with WLG High-Lens sensors with primary, periscope, and ultra-wide cameras.

Leaks have revealed that the Xiaomi 14 will have 3.9x optical zoom and sport a 90mm focal length sensor.

Other leaks have revealed that the smartphone will be one of the first to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset.

The new chipset will be announced later this year and is expected to come with a new 1+5+2 core architecture featuring a Cortex-X4 prime core, 5x Cortex-A720 cores, and 2x Cortex-A520 cores. And the graphics will be handled by the Adreno 750 GPU.
