Workout episodes range in length from five minutes to 45 minutes, making it easier for users to fit exercise into their daily routines.

While the service can be used with an iPhone, users can enhance the experience by pairing it with an Apple Watch or AirPods Pro 3. This allows real-time tracking of key metrics such as heart rate, calories burned, and Activity Rings progress during workouts.

Through the Apple Fitness+ app, users can create personalised workout schedules. They can choose from pre-designed fitness plans and modify them as needed, or build fully customised plans based on preferred activities, workout duration, selected trainers, and days of the week.
