Many customers tagged the Union Minister of Communications Jyotiraditya Scindia X (formerly Twitter) saying, “Sir, no BSNL mobile network since 31st night… we are unable to talk to anyone.” Another expressed regret about switching to BSNL, tagging Jio’s customer care account, calling their decision a “big mistake.”

Another user from Kolkata posted, “No tower for BSNL? Contacted customer care this morning, and they said work is in progress. Four hours later nothing has changed.”

@BSNLCorporate network has been vanished from mobile,calls network, data network both are disabled. Hope you are aware that maximum subscribers of your network mostly senior citizens. My parents are one of them. They are using dumb phone not smart phones. Kindly solve this issue

@BSNL_KOTD What happened to bsnl? No tower for bsnl? In kolkata itself it’s dead. Contacted customer care in the morning at 10 a. m. advised work in progress, it would be ok soon. From 8a.m.more than 4hrs passed, it’s still dead. When it will be live, please advise.
