iQOO has officially announced the launch date of its upcoming Z-series smartphone, the iQOO Z11, in India. The launch date was revealed through an official teaser shared on X. Here’s everything we know about the phone so far.
iQOO Z11 India Launch Date Confirmed
After teasing the handset over the past few days, the company has confirmed that the smartphone will make its debut in the country on August 20.
The teaser post on the official iQOO X account was accompanied by the caption, “Something smarter is almost here. Built for those who don’t like waiting. Powered for those who don’t like slowing down. Meet the all-new iQOO Z11, launching on 20th August. Stay locked in.”

The teaser also offered the first official look at the upcoming smartphone. The teaser showcases the device in a green colour option featuring a horizontal pill-shaped camera module. The camera island houses two large camera rings, a smaller third camera sensor, and a circular LED ring light placed at one end. Interestingly, iQOO Z11 will become the brand’s first smartphone to feature a horizontal camera bar on the rear panel.
The camera module sits on a raised aluminium island with polished chamfered edges. The smartphone also appears to feature a slim frame, a curved rear panel, and a large curved display on the front with narrow bezels.
iQOO Z11 – What We Know So Far?
While iQOO has officially confirmed the phone’s design, it has not yet revealed its complete specifications. Earlier teasers have also revealed that the handset will be available in blue, green, and silver colour options.
A Geekbench listing spotted last month suggested that the iQOO Z11 could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset. The listing also indicated that the smartphone may come with 12GB RAM and run Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top.
Previously, iQOO CEO Nipun Marya also shared a post on X with a hand-drawn sketch of a smartphone and a caption that read “Not every sketch belongs on paper.” The illustration appeared to showcase a smartphone with a slim profile, a 3D curved rear panel, and narrow display bezels.
The smartphone is expected to be positioned above the iQOO Z11x, which is currently priced at Rs 24,999 in India. Based on its positioning, the iQOO Z11 is expected to be priced at around Rs 30,000 for the base variant.
Since the launch date is now confirmed, we can expect more details to surface in the days leading up to the launch.
